The Malabar Coast is home to some of the most beautiful beaches, delicious cuisine and rich culture! With the Arabian Sea on one side and the Western Ghats on the other, the influences of the geography tend to make the Malabari cuisine rich with seafood. While we all know of Malabari fish biryani and Malabari fish curry, we don’t know enough about chicken-based recipes from this coastal cuisine.
