Is there anything worse than a bland, boring taco? Don’t let that happen! Drizzle this easy taco sauce recipe over those tacos or fish tacos or burritos or tostadas or nachos. Anything, really, that you want to add a creamy tang to. This creamy taco sauce recipe has only five simple ingredients and is your ticket to an exciting Taco Tuesday (or Wednesday, or Thursday, or…). 
To lighten this mayonnaise and sour cream-based Mexican sauce up, you could use light mayonnaise and light sour cream, or replace the sour cream with Greek yogurt. For spice, stir in some minced fresh jalapeno! To add some smoky flavor, chop up a chipotle in adobe sauce. 
Store this taco sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. This sauce would also be fabulous drizzled on grilled chicken breast, shrimp or fish, or used as a sandwich spread.
